Recently, Dongqi Crane successfully installed a batch of high-performance gantry cranes for Pakistan Water Conservancy Engineering Company, injecting new vitality into the local water conservancy project construction. This batch of gantry cranes not only have the capability of long-distance movement and orbital operation, but also has a number of technological innovations and optimizations for the special needs of water conservancy projects.

The main tasks of this batch of gantry cranes are to transport concrete tube forming frames and load dried and disassembled formwork. In order to meet the lifting capacity and precision requirements of these tasks, Dongqi Crane has specially designed a 32-ton capacity system capable of operating at a height of 17 meters. This system not only has the ability to handle heavy loads, but also provides precise manipulation of fragile components to ensure safety and stability during construction.

During the installation process, Dongqi Crane used new electric hoists and advanced equipment such as power supply cables, radio control systems, switch cabinets and cable drums to completely renovate five gantry cranes. The electric hoist is equipped with a hook with a safety latch, capable of safe vertical and horizontal travel, with a load capacity of up to 80 tons and a lifting height range from 6 meters to 98 meters, fully meeting the diverse needs of water conservancy project construction.

It is worth mentioning that in order to adapt to the narrow 155 mm wide runway of the existing gantry crane of Pakistan Water Conservancy Engineering Company, Dongqi Crane proposed an innovative solution. The company designed a custom-made trolley with 16 rollers that can evenly distribute load stress and ensure that the crane operates stably and efficiently on a narrow runway.

In addition, Dongqi Crane also renovated and upgraded the production lines within the Pakistan Water Conservancy Engineering Company factory. The company replaced two bridge cranes, retained the original end beam and girder structures, and installed M6 electric hoists. These new bridge cranes can provide a lifting capacity of 7.5 tons at a height of 10 meters and a span of 20 meters, providing strong support for the handling of heavy objects on the production line.
